Oh man Staci that sucks big time! I hope it comes back on soon!
I know my MIL and nephew didn't have power either today but luckily they got it back this evening instead of tomorrow like they thought. Hope the same happens for you.
    Stay warm!

Oh Staci, I hope they get your power up and running soon. We had that ice storm come through right before christmas and had tons of people without power. I think they just got it all restored at the beginning of this week. It was awful.

Stay Warm!!! Do you have anywhere to go if it doesn't get turned back on soon? Let us know how you are.

Not to worry you - but how cold is "cold"?

Depending upon how well insulated the house is -
sooner or later you need to start thinking about the Water Pipes
freezing up - a NOT pleasant thought.

You can help minimize the freeze-up by letting the water *RUN*
from sinks and tubs - a "fast drip" or "slow trickle" should
    prevent a freeze.

Stuff like washing machines, dish washers, are kinda hard to
    trick into "running" without electricity.

Opening up the under-sink storage areas (it gets cold-ER under there)
will also help - but be sure to "HIDE" all the stuff under there
that the FUrKids need to keep their lil Pawz off of!

Hope the power returns BEFORE you have any problems!

    good news everyone!!!
The pawisitive thoughts must have worked b/c my power came back on a few hours ago!!!
By the time I got home the house was warming up for the furries!!!
I think it got down around 58 before I left for work!
I was going to go to my parents house after work but wasn't really looking forward to driving at nite with the power lines and branches down and then they were out of power also. There's came back on around 8pm tho. But for now I am doing fine!
    Thanks everyone!

Glad your power was restored so quickly Staci!
Those pictures are great, but some of those don't look like ice storm pictures...they look like warm furry kitty pictures
