    Pet talk is SO distracting.

Im sitting here *TRYING* to do a project which is due tomorrow (Shame on me for doing it at the last minute anyway ) and i keep getting distracted by sending PM's, and browsing through threads i've already veiwed 100 times.. Does this ever happen to anyone ELSE, or am i the only one?

I think that i just may be extremely addicted to PT..

Me too! Most of my posts are done while I'm at work. That's not right!

yes, it can be VERY distracting! It seems now that I've joined PT I can't do anything around my computer because if I do, I know I won't get anything done that I was supposed to

I am horrible about that. When I took my break from PT for a few months, I got so much more done! I get nothing accomplished because I keep running back to PT all day. I've tried to make myself a rule now though. A half hour in the morning, and an hour at night. That's it.

I get so much more done when the power goes out or I have computer or internet problems.. This is MY HOME!!

My kids tell me if they want to know what I have been doing, they come to PT and read about it here because the phone line is tied up and they can't get through to me on the phone! Tomorrow I MUST CLEAN HOUSE!!!

That's the reason I had to stop visiting while I was trying to get work done . If I were paid salary or by the hour I'd be here anyway but since I get paid by how much I get done per day, I had to buckle down more

I think there needs to be a PTer's Anonymous. I've become so addicted that I keep in contact at work now too.

I do about 95% of my posting at work

At home I have a dial up, (s..l..o..w..) and at work they are nice enough to have a DSL so I can keep up with all of what's going on at Pet Talk! LOL!!!!!
