I don't have any clip-art pages but normally I just do a Google image search when i'm looking for a picture/graphic.

Sorry can't help much....I'm clipped-challenged.
Although at work here we have piles of CD's with clipart. If no one comes up with a good site I can look through them if you like and if I find a cupcake I can email it to you.

I just Google it usually, or have a look in newsgroups. They can be helpful sometimes too.
example: alt.binaries.clipart
There is a search feature that lists ALL the available newsgroups or just narrow it down to what you're looking for.
I think you can even look up newsgroups on Google.
