Robbie and the Big Black Dog

Some of you may remember the cats of my co-worker Gudrun: Mona with the heart disease, Mimau, a big black boy and cute Robbie.

Gudrun has been working very hart to landscape her garden with a pond and it looks as if Robbie appreciates it.:

But Gudrun has not only cats: there is also Teddy, a Newfoundland boy. He has developped a rash under his thick black fur- not the first time and the vet suggested a collar. But Teddy doesn’t accept a collar so Gudrun had the idea to get him into a T-shirt- doesn’t he look cool.

He is a good friend of the cats and Robbie gives headbumpies

AWWWWWWWWWE! What great pictures!! Robby is very handsome and I'm sure he is convinced that all that hard work in the garden has to be just for his benefit!! Why on earth would you ever do anything if it wasn't to please the cat???
Teddy is incredible! I have always loved Newfoundlands and he is a gorgeous big boy! I love the t-shirt and especially the big giant giving headbumpies to the kitty.
    Great pictures!

    What a riot!

The photo of the dog in the Tshirt made me laugh aloud. How funny (and comfortable!) does that doggie look, wearing a Tshirt!
Made my day! Surely hope his rash goes away soon, before they wear out all of the Tshirts.

Are you sure it's a dog and not perhaps a bear?

Robbie certainly appreciates all the landscaping work that has been done to make his garden more comfortable. The last picture of him with the dog is absolutely wonderful!

Aw, Teddy and Robbie are so cute! (I wish my two would share headbumpies!) Good thinking on Gudrun's part--she found a creative way to make Teddy leave his rash alone. I hope it heals soon.

By the way, the garden is very nice.

Those are terrific pictures! Of COURSE the landscaping is for Robbie! Everyone knows that My favorite picture of all is the huge Teddy loving on little Robbie. I LOVE dog and kitty pictures!!

  12. I think Teddie wanted the t-shirt so that he too would be black and white, furthering his bond with his buddy, Robbie!
