    By Popular Request - Nakita & The French Fry Saga Returns

    I posted this thread last year and people have been asking for it to be posted again. So here you go!

    Last night we ordered take out for dinner. Nakita had a whole journey trying to track down "the ellusive french fry". Come join her on her journey!


    It was early in the evening when Nakita, lounging by the window, picked up the scent of her favourite snack :FRENCH FRIES!!!



    She had to go closer and find out where they were. So she jumped up on the first lap she found!Hmmmm....no french fries here!




    So she decided to cross the table, Nakita style!




    Jackpot!! Nakita scores the big one!! And shows off her shaved belly (she was just spayed) !!

    French Fry Saga - Part II

    This weekend, we had a very rude breakfast guest that would not take no for an answer! I took some pics as evidence that Nakita is stubborn and will only be satisfied by french fries.

    Ok I don't have all day, where are my french fries??



    Waiter, I said I wanted french fries, not breakfast eggs!



    OMG! This is not french fries!! How dare you pass these things off as them??



    I am very disappointed in the service at this establishment. Bring me the manager!!



    I'm getting tired, but I'm waiting here till the manager brings me some fries!



    Where are you taking me?? Put me down this instant otherwise I'll shed on you will all my fur! Umm...human...are you listening? Ok, ok, I'll settle for some kibble..........this time!!

    That is such a cute story. I love her shedding threat. Nothing worse then a cat that is willing to shed hair all over you. That never happens at my house.

    I could sit and look at Nakita pictures all day. She is just a great kitty.

    Actually, she has even grown out of liking french fries! Now, no human foods are appealing to Nakita. I guess it makes it easier on me, no begging at all from her!

    (but she was so cute when she used to beg for the fries!)

    Nakita IS incredibly beautiful!! I was able to see some Russian Blues at the one catshow I attended and able to feel their lovely soft coats. That was a real treat! But I have to say, I did not see any quite as lovely as Nakita! She must be a rare find. Has she been in shows before? Does her coat feel like silk?? What a gorgeous little thing she is
