As reported here Kia developed a hematoma in her ear. She's doing better. Still scratching and shaking, despite the steroid shot and Benedryl I'm giving her.
But on the upside, it doesn't appear to be getting any bigger.

She can hold her ear upright (You can see how it bends slightly though and the lump)
And when she relaxes, that's when her ear flops down like so:
One thing the vet suggested is that I use a bandanna to hold her ears down so she doesn't do more damage. Kia doesn't like it much:
