How's Peka?

Hey Aly, just wondering how Peka's doing? Everything ok with her?

She's doing good. We haven't had anymore scares since the last time. I do have her in diapers now (sort of). They aren't working too well. First I had the dog diaper and that didn't stay on very well and the pads weren't big enough to hold her pee. So now she's on human baby diapers. I bought 3 different sizes and she has trouble keeping them all on. Its really frusterating me. I just want to get the masking tape out and tape the sucker on!

Other than that, everything's been okay with her. She does have fluid in her chest and coughs a lot but thats nothing new I try to take her out for fresh air and walks a lot because she loves that. She'd be really happy with someone who had a backyard but I just can't give her that right now

I worked out a solution that keeps the diaper on. First I put on a human baby diaper, then I put the doggie denim diaper cover on over that. That seems to last. Its a BIG PAIN taking the diapers on and off and cutting holes for the tail, etc but you gotta do what you gotta do

I was just going to mention the denim doggie diapers when I read your last post, Aly. I just saw them yesterday in a specialty pet store. Thanks for all you are doing to make this special girl so healthy, comfy and loved
