May Is Pet Cancer Awareness Month

    Hi PT friends,
I just found out about this today and think it's definitely worth sharing. Blue Buffalo and Petco have joined forces to raise money to find a cure for cancer in dogs and cats, their goal is to raise $1 million for this very worthy cause. Sadly, too many pet lovers here know the heartbreak of losing their beloved pet to this terrible disease.

Donations can be made at any Petco location or by visiting petco.com/pca
Donations can also be made by visiting the virtual Pet Memorial Wall.

I don't like them calling it "cancer awareness" month - we're all painfully aware of cancer in pets, but fighting cancer, and working towards cures for them - cancer being many diseases lumped into one category - is a good thing.
