I guess it's all in the mind - cute story.

My sister recently met up with other family members for lunch and a wander round the stores. When the day was done and they were getting ready to go home my Aunt pulled my sister to one side and said "I hope I didn't make you walk too far today". My sister is 70 - our Aunt is 94!

Then of course there is Fauja Singh who just completed a 26+ mile marathon at age 100! Took him 8 hours but he made it.

It puts me to shame!!! I'm nearly half this persons age and couldn't walk 26 miles, maybe in 8 days, not hours!

There was a lady in my hometown when I was a kid named Alice Walker - honest - and she lived to be over 100, and walked about a mile every day well into her nineties - was far healthier than many people 30 years younger than herself!

That is too funny!! Reminds me of when our 90 year old neighbor offered to do our grocery shopping because she saw the grocery store delivery truck at our house.

I guess Alice was just living up to her name!
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!
