    Heat Relief!

Is there anything cooler than a bed of catnip?

    Oh no!

    I was here first!

All right. Just a bite then find your own cool spot!

Oh Lady E! Is it awfully hot there today sweetie? Personally, I am listening to the cool sound of rain on the window behind me at the moment. Perhaps you would like to come for a visit? My cats seem cool enough.

If you don't want to bring Eddie with you, then he could have the cool catnip. Perfect!

Edwina, It's so nice of you to share your catnip bed with Eddie. My cats would all go crazy for a bed like this except for Sky because he's immune to it.

Hi Lady Edwina! You look so cool and comfortable in that catnip patch. But then, a fashionista of your caliber is always cool, calm, and collected regardless of things like such awful heat.

As always, these are dynamite pictures of two very beautiful kitties!!! Could I ask you to give them each lots of scritchies and lovies from their fan in unbearably hot Trenton?

A new way to wear the halter

Edwina, I am glad you wandered over to the catnip first. I am sure Eddie is jealous. He is quite the nice guy and adjusts his needs to meet yours.

But Eddie, what is with the halter? It is on "upside down"! Did you notice? Is that more comfortable than the regular way to wear it?

I hope the temperatures drop soon out there in CA!

Edwina, that looks very comfortable. I cannot really recommend you come here as it is very hot here as well.
And Eddie, yes I also noted that you are wearing your harness upside down. Does it help to carry your belly that way?

Edwina, isn't that just the perfect place to cool off. You look fabulous! I hope you let Eddie have a bit of that nip - or do you reckon he'll settle down in the parsley patch?

Eddie, I hope you find a cool spot too!

  13. Dear Aunties:

Have you seen those fashion-forward young men who wear their pants so baggy you bet on how long before they fall face first...tripped up by the waistband around the knees? And they wear a baseball cap backwards so they resemble Goomer Pyle?

What you see is my interpretation of those trends for the fashionable feline! Baggy and Backwards!

Ah, Eddie you had me wondering there for a minute! Straight jackets are buckled in the back too to keep them from being undone by the wearer!

Miss Edwina you look as beautiful as ever! How sweet of you to give Eddie a taste of the nip!
