    Chester, I love your name. I have a black cat with the same name. For some reason that name seems to fit cats with tons of purr-sonality!!!

    Oh Chester, what a lovable fella you are, I am sure your mommy is quite happy to have you around! I get 'help' making my bed daily as well, lol. I have learned to smile and keep working, as I wouldn't trade for anything! Those older cats, they NEED you to keep them active, I can't imagine why they get grumbly and won't play with you. Tsk, tsk, it is their loss. I think you have brightened up the lives of everyone in your home (human and animal) and I am sending you scritichies to celebrate your special day. Happy Cat of the Day!

    Well, looky there!

    It's Chester! "Grain Store Chester," as we used to call him, way back in the days when he was but a kitten and I a child of four.

    I wondered where you had gone.

    Glad you were able to help someone in need.

    Just don't cough up any hairballs when you sleep with her.

    She might roll over into one, and that would not be at all pleasant.

    You're Mommie's got one thing wrong, though. The birds really do want to play with you. Give them a chance. You will see how much fun they are.
