She is very cute!
I honestly, though, don't see any CKCS in her. I think if that were the case, she would have longer drop ears, like finns mom mentioned. I also think she would have more white and quite a bit of brown, tan or red in her coloring.
She might indeed have some terrier in her. Although, I would guess that one of her parents was a solid black dog. I think it is unlikely that a beagle and CKCS or a JRT would throw a solid black pup. She may have dozens of different breeds in her immediate family.
Also, somtimes dogs look NOTHING like either parent. My brother had a solid black English cocker spaniel who, sadly, fell in love with his neighbors yellow lab one day. There was no question about who the father of the puppies were. My sister took one. When the puppy grew up, you would have NEVER guessed EITHER breed by looking at her. She was tan and dark brown, with markings rather like a husky.
So it's really hard to say.
I have attached a picture of my dog Georgie. He was a back yard breeder's "accident" - one of their beagles got into the Jack Russell pen. So I KNOW he is a JRT/Beagle cross. He is, as you can see, the white and brown coloring one would most likely expect from this mix.
My best guess would be that your doggie has black and tan dachshund in her parentage. Or maybe min pin.

"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
