Hey, I have a question about Reese my goat. He's a 2 y/o pygmy and I was wondering if he will grow a beard like some goats do. He has already started growing a few long hairs on chin...not much to look at...but there is still a few. So does anyone here have any goats or know about it? Thanks

Pygmy goats do grow beards. Not sure what age they become full, but Pygmys dont normally fully mature till 3yr old, so maybe then?

Yes, if he's a billy, he'll grow a beard. Even many females grow them also.

a wether(fixed) will grow a small beard. A billy will grow a big bushy one and stink
