[finn's mom]

My friend's friends found a stray that they are guessing to be a pit/lab mix around two. I don't have a lot of information about him, except what Lauren has told me...he is sweet and good with other animals, dogs and cats alike. Says he's a great cuddler, a real love bug. She's saying he's a bit smaller than Finn, so maybe around 60 pounds?

Here's the reply I got from my friend when I asked her if they had tried to find the owner. What a crappy situation all around, I'm glad they were able to save this boy!

"we found him at the porn shop in kennedale. The people that worked there said that there was a man who lived down the street who had 4 dogs...and 2 of them had pups. He let the dogs roam the streets, didnt feed them or ever check on them. When we picked him up he had been wandering in front of the porn store for three weeks. They had been feeding him left overs and stuff. He wasnt the first of the pups to wander over to the store...but hes the only one who stayed."

They did take him to the vet for a basic checkup and he's healthy. How sad, I hope they can find someone to take him. I am doing what I can to get the word out, anyway.

I hope he finds a wonderful fur-ever home!
With a face like that I'm sure he'll melt the heart of anyone that is thinking about adopting him!!

I swear I can hear him saying "Will you take me home?"
