    Running with Raven...pics

Today was Raven day. She's such a good girl--she puts up with Deuce when no one else would! So she got an extra long hike and some play time with different dogs.

I wasn't real sure that she'd tolerate Hobo, but they got along really well.

    Raven does love to run!

Earle came for the hike too.

"hey, wait for me! I was chasing squirrels!"

And Daisy of course. Daisy is well aware that Raven has no use for her and was smart enough to stay with me instead of bugging Raven!

Raven doesn't swim, but Earle went for a little dip.

Such a pretty girl! I wish she'd let me brush her, but it's not going to happen!

Every time you post pictures of outings with the dogs, I think "I want to go, too!" It's so pretty there. And yo ucouldn't ask for better company! Earle looks so handsome by the water. Raven does look like a brushing is in order, silly girl! Good to see Hobo running around too, he looks very happy.
LOL!- do you ever go on hikes without Daisy? She's looks like such a sweet girl.

I see some of the Glacier family doggers! Raven, you are gorgeous! Earle, you can stand right over here by me and shake, shake, shake! It is nice to see you looking healthy and happy. Hobo, I'm glad you and Raven had fun! And Daisy - She's always along with you, isn't she. That is so neat that she always gets to join in on the walks. What a beautiful place to walk, too!

Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!

I rarely get out of the yard without Daisy. She appears at the first howl! I think this winter I got two runs without Daisy tagging along! She was in the yard all day yesterday and is eating dinner here tonight!

I wish she would stay home right now, not that she's any trouble, but she has a hitch in her gitalong lately. Something is wrong with her right shoulder. It's subtle and seems to come and go, but it's there. I've called her owner about it, but I don't know if he's taken her to the vet. Sigh, I need to call him again.

Will she let you finger brush her? Some days Kia won't tolerate the brush but will let me pick out the big clumps with my fingers.

Looks like a great day for a hike.

I am allowed to pluck if I'm quick about it! She doesn't like to stand still for too long! There's a reason we call her Crazy Raven!

Wow, very pretty pictures. The dogs always look so at home in their environment, like they really belong there, even in summer. It looks lovely!
