    spay / neuter postal stamps

    I found this in Cat Fancy magazine and thought it was cool and wanted to share it with you guys... they are postal stamps that remind people to spay and neuter their pets....

    "The First Day of Issue ceremony will take place at the American Humane Association's National Conference in Denver, Colorado on September 20, 2002. The stamps will be available for sale nationwide thereafter. "
