New pics of some of my fosters...

Thought I'd post some pics of my fosters that I still have here. Kittens get scooped up so much more quickly than the adults. Wish people would love the adults and see how they are just as deserving of homes.

First up is Zachariah... he had been adopted for 5 days. He wasn't adjusting well, and the 21yr old who adopted him called me and said he was depressed and still had his cold and should she "just put him out of his misery?" I never drove so quickly so pick up a kitty in all my life! I didn't know if she'd actually do that or not! Zach is a big old orange and white tabby. He is a bit of a bully, but he just wants to be loved and be close. He's not a lap cat, not yet anyway, but where ever I am, he is I absolutely adore him. He's such a big old lug of a kitty! Anyway... Here's Zach...

Can you tell I adore him?!

More in next post of others..

Next is Monty... He is an absolute sweetheart of a boy. He doesn't seem to stand out in any particular way except that he gives the BEST HUGS!! He's about 5yrs old and just wants to be held and be loved and eat whatever it is that you are eating, lol. He's a mooch!
Monty was returned last month as well. This widow had adopted him and had him for a month and a half and when he came down with a UTI she decided she didn't want him anymore. Mean old bat! She wouldn't even take him to the vet!

His nose has little scabs on it and the vet actually said it's due to anxiety, cause he licks at his nose all the time. It looks better now than it did, but I'd love for it to heal up.

Calloway is still here as well... his limp is still there, but his tail seems to be all better. I do want to take him back to the vet for a follow up just to be sure things are all in order. He's a sweetheart too. Has the tiniest little meow. I just adore him too!

Here's Autumn... she's such a maniac!!! She is a wild a little redhead! I had someone interested in her, but they didn't have any other pets except for goldfish, and if she goes to a house with no one to play with, she'd be super destructive. She can be like that here... if bored etc... She's just all over the place some times. Very sweet, a purr so big! She needs a home with companions.

Last group... here is the kitty I'm trying to tame more. He comes to relax on my porch and sleeps under the BBQ grill cover on my deck. He's so cute, but so skittish. Wish I could get near him again. He freaked out when I put him inside in a room. Was climbing the walls and then ripped apart a screen on the window. Sigh....

He actually "knocks" on the window panes in the door to get my attention to let me know he wants his canned food or that he wants company. He's very cute.

They're all gorgeous and I hope that they'll all find wonderful forever homes soon. I can't believe how the former owners of Zach and Monty reacted to simple URI's and UTI's. I'm glad that they're now back with you where it's safe and where they'll receive the care that they need. Good luck.

    Aww, they're beautiful!

Good for you for doing the right thing and taking them back from their clearly irresponsible owners. If a cat owner can't even deal with a UTI - I mean come on now

Thank you Kay for the awesome siggy!!!

I'm praying that somebody who really wants these cats will come along and take them to a nice comfortable forever home soon.
I love Monty and I've have him, he's like a cross between my Jack & Sunny and sounds very like Jack! A cuddle bug

Awwwwwwwww, I would take Zack immediately!!
Of course the others deserve a good home too! I hate it when people "take" a pet, and then back off as soon as something goes wrong
I miss you enormously Sydney, Maya, Inka & Zazou Be happy there at the Rainbow Bridge

What happened to committment? You take one and bring it back because......(any excuse used here)? That screams that they are not devoted pet owners and those babies are better off back in your care.

They are all lovely and deserving of great homes and when the time is right, that right home will come along for them.
