Painted Tribe cats - UPDATED -this is "digital painting"!

What with Memorial Day coming up at the end of the month, Scooter has been bugging us to get him ready for the Memorial Day parade. He wanted to go as a painted cat and he chose a patriotic theme...

Not to be outdone by her boyfriend...Annie wanted to honor her friends in Canada...

The rest of the Tribe think these two youngsters are pretty silly...they hope this stuff washes out soon!

OMG! How did you do that?! And how did they sit still for it?? Were they sedated?! That is amazing!

    Jenn - it's a very hi-tech dye, non-toxic, made by Photoshop!

    Get outta here!

I was wondering if she dyed them, but she said she hoped it washed out soon, so I figured they really were dyed! Geez!!! I thought the white kitty looked like the lines were so clear, it wasn't real. I guess I should have gone with common sense, lol. Blonde moment!

A couple of Scooter's stripes went "outside the lines"!

    Great job though!

AH! I just saw that now that you mentioned it!!! Gosh I'm gullible. My mom always said that!

I'll have to learn to photoshop myself one of these days. I had taken a course on it a few years back, but haven't done anything with it since then.

    Very cool pics!

    yes - tis Photoshop!

Sorry, I should have made that clear - there was a painted cat thread on here a while ago from pics from the internet and folks noticed painting outside the lines then too, sooooo....I am officially fessing up - it is done in Photoshop.
Sorry for the confusion - no way would either of these two sit still 2 seconds for brushing, let alone painting.

Good job ourkidsrcats! And Randi, those are amazing! You have both given me some ideas to play with in Photoshop. Thanks.
