Transport Needed *urgent* Paralyzed Dog

An online friend Jean who lives in Wichita Kansas needs help rescuing a paralyzed Shih-Tsu from a *high kill* shelter in Miami Florida and transporting to her in Kansas. If possible is there anyone here that can pull her from the shelter and foster short term until transport can be set up, or anyone with links to transporting urgent case animals? I attached below the email that Jean received today. I understand Mugsy has helped in a lot of dog rescues...and if I'm not mistaken Kfamr (Kay) is Florida area. Please crosspost this to anyone and everyone you can think of so Jean can have this special dog before she's euthanized. Hello Jean,

I spoke to Dr. Pizano and she said I can make an exception this time and send this one to you. He is due out today and I placed a hold for you till no later than 4pm tomorrow. Please let me know when someone is coming and who so I can get him ready.

Arrangements have been made to pull the pupper; now transport help will be needed to move him to KS.
