    Octopus Eats Shark

And you thought sharks were top predators! This is a very cool video that was shot at the Seattle Aquarium:

    WOAH! EVIL OCTOPUS!

I can believe that though. Those arms are very strong, and they have an extremely sharp beak which is designed to crush. They're also pretty intelligent, so it probably learned where the best spot was to ambush the sharks. I suppose the good that came of that was scientists have learned something new about that species and know not to put them with sharks again. Unlucky for those sharks though

Last I heard, they were either goint to move the smallish sharks or the octopus. This octopus has been quite a trouble maker. A couple of months back, they kept coming up short on their fish counts in the research tanks in the back. Each morning there would be less fish than there were supposed to be. One morning when they came in, they noticed there was a wet trail that led right to the octopus' old tank. Turns out, he was crawling out of his tank, across the floor, into the fish tanks where he'd stay and eat dinner, then head back to his tank before the staff came in to work. Smart octopus!

OMG! Imagine seeing a octopuss lying around on the floor, I didnt think they would be able to survive without being in water?

I dont know why but they have always creeped me out! I avoid them when I look around the sealife centre!

Granted that was a very small shark. I'd like to see the octopus take on a 6 foot Great White.
