    OK, I've been lurking in this thread for quite some time now and I've got something to say.....

    Yes ladies I'm living proof and so is my 70 yr old neighbour. She still gets them.

    They are demons out to haunt us for the rest of our pitiful lives.

    Back to the serious stuff, my mother went through it the hard way, no drugs etc etc, and she had a tough time, she is now 69, you all know she ended up with breast cancer, and now she has to take tamoxifin, and guess what one of the side effects are, hot flashes, poor mum its the dreaded menopause symptons coming back to haunt her yet again., life is so unfair to us ladies sometimes eh girl's?

    By the way did you know one of the side effects of Prozac is night sweats!!!!!!!

    Hmmm...After reading all of this, I think my little brother has menopause! Hehehe.

    My grandma eats alot of soy. She has soy cereal for breakfast, and for lunch she blends together soy milk and frozen strawberries. Yummm.
