    Thursday 280-Battle of the Bands?

I thought that we could invite our favorite bands to the bar and have a BOTBs-something a little different.

Earlier in the week we had the Kinsey Sicks visit, and my Faux band -the Drowning Sorrows come in and serenade us.

Please suggest a band for the competition and I'll come back with a DOTD for us all!

    ROCK ON DUDE!!!

I'd say Bare Naked Ladies, but their having a bit of an issue at the moment.....

Their lead singer hasn't figured out that singers should sing, pilots should fly, and ne'er the twain shall meet.

I'll take a large glass of Ellis Island beer (One of the few GOOD things I found in 'Vegas......they brew their own, drafts are $1.50, and it's excellent beer, I HIGHLY recommend it, and their BBQ and Prime rib are top notch as well), actually, come to think of it I'll take a whole meal from them.

Can we import it through the L+F?

Well I was trying to think of a band to invite but lately all I've been listening to is the music from when my kids went to vacation bible school a couple of weeks ago and the only other band I can think of right now is The Cruxshadows, but I don't know if anyone around here is into Goth.

I'd like a glass of wine please.
RIP Lady, Thursday's won't be the same without you to cuddle with by the fire
