    In jobless boat too

    Well thanks to the Roberts fire in Glacier Park I too am without a job. As of 6pm tonight they evacuated West Glacier. I was one of the last few left after 75 others were let go thursday. Only about 12 of us were left. I guess I work my business more and find something part time. The fire is about 8 miles north of my home hopefully it stays going north. Well I will have more time with Merlin (training?) Yeah right how do you get a sofa spud to move?

    Sorry to hear about your job.

    Fingers crossed the fire moves AWAY from your home
    Perhaps you could get the couch potato to move a little to let you lie on the couch too (just for awhile!!! )

    Thanks but Merlin doesn't use the remote, the only time I can get him to move is rattle his dish or say let's go for a car car ride.
    It looks like the back burns are working so I may be back to work Next week. Hopefully people will come back to the park.

    Update;

    Last night as I was getting a soda from the styore , one of the fire buses came in and I got to talk to one of the fire bosses. He says that if the winds don't change dramaticly, we could be back in W Glacier to be open by monday . YEAH!!!!! I have a car payment. I do have an offer from a convenince store he re in town. But it is always busy and doesn't have a very good rep. for its employees.
