Husky Hike!

The girls and I went to a husky hike this weekend in Cleveland and had a terrific time. So we wanted to share some of our good time with you! It was a walk that raised money for Adopt A Husky, Inc. (http://www.adoptahusky.com/)
We went with our friends...Jennifer, Nicki, Zac & Cayenne. We left Friday night so we wouldn't have to leave so early in the morning (it was a 4 hour drive). Needless to say the dogs had a blast in the hotel room and no one got much sleep:rolleyes:

Before we knew it, it was time to get going. It was a little chilly and windy to start out with but as you can see it ended up being a beautiful day:)

When we finished our walk, there were volunteers there handing out medals to all of the dogs who finished the walk! And the humans...we got free lunch!

There were so many gorgeous dogs there it was hard to try and get them all. I'm sure I missed a few:(
And there were 2 puppies there...OMG! They were adorable!

What beatiful girls! I still can't believe I get to meet them, and you, in person. I'm getting so excited. That puppy is so cute. I'll bet you had a good time. I'm really looking forward to the cold weather.

Wow, what a bunch of good looking doggies.:) The fall colors
along the way looked beautiful too. I loved this picture of the
Great Pyr. At least I think that's it's breed.

Oh Anna! It's great to hear you were out with the pups, enjoying a beautiful day; the setting is gorgeous! What precious doggies all! Cayenne looks so much like my Cody! I loved the shot of them posing with their medals. What a fun day:D

Miranda_Rae...that was Zac's tail. If you look in some of the other pictures you can see part of his back is also shaved. He has bad allergies (that were just found out about shortly before we left) and those spots were shaved so ointment and such can be put on the sores.
