    Church Kitty

Greetings to Church and congrats on being Cat of the Day (or week, month or half-year)! You're a near-twin of our Oreo, the smartest and handsomest black-and-white in the pride!

Enjoy your special day with lots of treats and pets!

Dearest Church Kitty, what a beautiful Tuxedo Domestic Shorthair guy you are! Your trademark black and white coat is gorgeous, with that soft-looking fur in such a nice design. And what a sweet face you have, with those lovely big green eyes gazing straight out at me. All those great photos really show off how handsome you are!

You are a mature gentleman of 15 years! Back when you were a wee one, your dear Purrrson met you at a rescue organization and brought you home that day. You two have been together for almost all of those 15 years! You and your Purrrson have a special affinity for each other. You enjoy lying in the sun as much as you can, then relaxing on the couch in the evening.

You have a nice puppy housemate, too. You two were only getting to know each other when you become the Cat Of The Day. I hope by now you and the pup (full-grown dog by now) are the best of friends! I wish I could reach through the screen and over to Colorado Springs, Colorado to pet you (and pet the pup too, I hope)! I can't of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you both for me <3.

Congratulations, darling Church, on being chosen Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrson and grown-up Puppy and all your family and friends are (still!) enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and love and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
