Manda....thanks for posting pics of Smokey's post surgery knee. Goodness, I must say that Katie's looks quite nice compared to that first one. Smokey sure did bruise up real good. Looks pretty nasty. My oh my, it sure is gonna take Katie's shaved areas a long time to catch up isn't it? I'll have to take some more pics as the weeks go by so we can watch it heal up. How is Smokey doing now? He sure is a beauty. I think you should post some more pics of him! Please! Give Smokey a hug from me and Katie please.

Katie seems ok today. Doing a lot of sleeping. She hasn't wanted to go out to potty yet and that worries me a bit. She did go this morning before I left for work She is laying beside me right now. Her daddy will be home soon and she will probably go out with him. I took Tori to doggy day care today. So she doesn't have to be confined and can get some exercise. She looked like she was having a blast when I left and didn't even notice I left...hehehe.

Welcome home dear sweet Katie girl! Robin I can't imagine how relieved you must feel that the surgery is over and she is back home with you where she belongs. This picture about wrenched my heart into my throat:

Welcome home, sweet baby girl! Oh, you sure do have your fair share of zippers and shaves and bandages What a trooper you are Katie, handling it all with such courage! I'm sure you're so happy to be home with your mommy and daddy and sister Tori; almost as happy as they are to have you home I'm with Jess...that forelorn look on your face is a real heartbreaker. But you've been through SO much sweetheart, who can blame you for being pooped!
