Wow, I guess I should talk about my other pets more often. LOL

Ash, yep I have 6 desert tortoises. Frankie, is estimated to be around 25 years old and the babies are about 5. We got Frankie from a desert tortoises rescue, and the babies from a friend. We have permits for all of them. We do NOT feed them any store bought food, my mom's the expert on them and she said it ruins their shells.

This is Frankie:

See the little tag on the top of his shell? That's what the Fish and Game rescue sent us, so it's legal for us to have him. You probably can't see it from the picture, but he has a cracked shell.
The rescue said he was most like run over by a car.

These are the 5 babies...

My mom got these from a friend, who also has a permit to own them. The babies do not have names yet, because it is too early to tell whether they are boys or girls.

Jynelle, yes I have a hamster named Neko.

And yes, I also have 2 cats LOL. Wow...this make me feel like a newbie introducing my pes again!

This is Angel, she's a 4 year old Longhaired Tabby Mix.


This is Dillian, he's a 3 year old Domestic Shorthaired Tabby Mix.


Both were rescues from animal shelters.

Are they good pets? The Turtles I mean? Like can you "play" with them?? Or do they just like Chill. So you keep them in your back yard? It looks like Turtle heaven to me!
