I am glad that you got another dog!!!!!

As for the timid party, she will grow close to you and your dog, just give her time...

Aww she is precious . Have fun getting to know your new girl, i hope her and Sydney have a long and happy friendship.

May i ask what happened to the Border Collie, i know a few people over in WA that may be able to help her out. 7 months is an aweful long time for a dog (Especially a working dog) to be in a shelter.

    Help with Kira (Kirov)

She still isn't eatting her food. I can get her to eat Swiss Cheese and Chicken Skin. But she won't touch either the Dry Dog Food or the Kangaroo and Potatoes that Sydney eats. But on the good side I found out that she can bark, more just a woof, and her tail does move and isn't attached to her belly. She jumps around and wags it when I get home from work. Taking her and Syd to the Vet, couldn't get a dual appointment till Friday. See what he saies. But I am open to any ideas.

She is so cute. Maybe in time she'll get more relaxed. I hope you can find out why she's not eating. Congrats!

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.
