I feel horrible for both sides. Mainly you, because you were just trying to be nice, and just blew up in your faces.

I would take everyone's advice here, and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I'd scratch her off my list. You tried to do a good deed for someone that OBVIOUSLY needs serious psychiatric counseling! Count your blessings she's gone.

Again Thanks! The support really is helpful.

It seems as if the drama has been reduced somewhat. From what I understand, my kicking her out of the house kind of woke her up and made her realize that she is treating us (and everyone else who has attempted to help) really shabbily and that she is only burning bridges acting the way she is. I don't think though that her behavior is going to change much, simply because she is experementing with drugs and alcohol and not taking the medications she's been perscribed. All I can say now though is that I did try and maybe one day she'll apologise to my husband (I don't think I really need an apology myself).

I agree, you need to get away from her. If she is mixing anti-psychotics with drugs and alcohol she will soon be in a hospital. Really BAD combo. She needs therapy. What is she on anti-psychotics for? She could be schizophrenic. She needs to be in a mental health facility NOW.
I agree with the above. Stay away from her.

Well, I'm glad that maybe she is opening her eyes a little. Hopefully she will realize what she is doing and seek professional help. She probably needs to be taking those meds, but mixing them with drugs may be worse. Good luck with this, try to move on.

    my two cents

revenge won't do anything, except hurt you. change the locks and stay far away, if she shows up anywhere you and/or hubby is, be polite and never never be alone with her...this chick is trouble.
