Leaving pets outdoors

I think that it is terrible the way many people treat their pets whether we are talking cats, dogs, and any other. How anyone could not feel that their pet is part of the family is beyond me. Perhaps these people need to stay outside one night with the dog... that might open their eyes...

If not.. there are many good homes that dog could go to!!

I don't understand why people get a dog just to leave outside, what did they even want the dog for? To look at? I'll never understand that.

In alot of cases, little kids want puppies and the parents get the puppy and then the little kid gets bored of it and it goes outside and stays there

I agree that parents have final say, BUT, if my parents said my dog had to stay outside, I wouldn't get a dog.
