My "boss" started in May.

He was off about 3.5 weeks in May and June

He 'worked' 8 days in July
5 in August and 7 in September.

He has had Bronchitis, pneumonia, gall stones, a bad back, bad neck, headaches and sleep apnea.

He wants to go on disability and is pissed off because the doctor's can't find anything wrong with him.

He makes changes on the system and doesn't tell me about them,
He takes people's mistakes and gives them to back for corrections.

He xeroxes mine and keeps copies.

I caught him in a giant lie-he took some records home so he could do some work, he was gone for three weeks. When I asked him if he found the 'lost' stuff he told me that they were in his desk in an envelope. That is the third time I caught him in a lie-so now he doesn't bother to talk to me at all (thank god!!)

His mother works in the regional offices and is best friends with the head of our facility.

So I am screwed until he gets his 'disability' leave.
