dont change your eating habits too drastically,,, eat healthy,, never go hungry,, that leads to binge eating,,,,, Eat how you plan on eating for the rest of your life.. no one can follow those blasted diets forever!!!!

Do what I did,,,,,, Read labels,,, cut out fats, and lower the chlesterols.... and NEVER say Diet!!! Thats a bad word,,,,
Its taken me 2 yrs,, but I have lost 147 lbs now....
