Did you two do it yourselves or did you have someone do it?

Since my hubby is an electrician, the electric fence shold be no problem... it's just that we are afraid of the neighbor kids touching it, and getting zapped. They have three kids, 13, 10 and 6. And they always have a yard full of neighborhood kids because they have a pool, trampoline, and a basketball court Even if we put signs up, little kids that can't read may still touch it.
Anna, have you even had anone touch the fence? How many volts does it put out?
