Amber's step dad let Jade out of the house, and Amber couldn't find her, so she went out calling her, and a couple of streets over she heard a man yelling, and some dogs growling and stuff... and then she saw Jade running towards the guy and the 2 dogs that were attacking him, and tried calling out to her so she would come back to her, but she wouldn't listen and Jade ended up joining in on the attack of the man... The man was in pretty bad shape, and still hasn't gotten out of the hospital (this was over 10 days ago), and the animal control people came out and took all 3 of the dogs in to the shelter. After the 10 day quarantine period, the dogs all had to be put down, since they were considered "evil"... Amber said she had never seen either one of the dogs before, which both looked to be lab mixes.
So, what happened was, Jade was put down by animal control..
Jade has never been mean or aggressive with anyone, or any animals, so Amber thinks it was just the adrenaline in her from seeing the other 2 dogs doing it, and she was just "follwing suite".... Jade was the only dog that was involved in the attack that had on a collar and tags...
