( I think it would be GREAT for Kylie ~ exercise!) But I have a very tiny house and no room for an extra litter box or a place to separate the kitten food from the other food. I think it might be better to introduce a kitten when the girls are younger (Kylie is 4 and Keegan will be 3) but I with the size of my house, I just don't see how I would be a good home without being able to offer it another litter box, place to eat. Also I don't have an extra room to separate them at first.
Couldn't you keep baby and box / food in a small bathroom or your bedroom just until she could be introduced to the others?
You really don't have to get another litterbox .... they can and will share if you start them off that way. You could also, just take baby into a separate room just during her feeding (or even put her in a crate)... to be sure she gets enough calories. It won't hurt her to eat big kitty food too, as long as she does get the extra calories along with it!
