Oh yes, definately. We spoil them rotten. We don't have any skin kids yet, so they are our babies. There are toys all over the floor, and a big rubbermaid container of them down in the basement. The greyhounds have three coats apiece. Two shelves in our cupboard are full of dog treats. They have to have variety, you see - big treats (in a variety of shapes and flavors), small treats, breath-freshening treats, soft treats, big treats like pig snouts, etc....
Many of their toys are cheapie toys, though - clearance rack or bargain stuff, for two reasons: 1)they are just going to get dirty and ripped anyhow, and 2)we are just poor struggling newlyweds (well, almost 2 years now) with a mortgage and college bills. Good thing, though, because if I had more money to spend, I'd be spending it all on my dogs!!! The best in everything! When I am a retiree with more time and money, Jackie, I will probably be even worse than you when it comes to spoiling my puppers!
