I get chronic migraines. I think I'd kill myslef if I couldn't take meds for them. but this should help you: Take a LONG HOT shower. Turn off the lights and make the bathroom as dark as possible. Just stand there as long as you can. Then go to bed with an ICE PACK on your forehead. Darken the room as much as possible, and also lower the AC if possible. Huddle under nice cozy blankets. There's something about the hot shower, followed by the ice and cool room that really helps. Let me know what happens... BTW: Get off the computer!!!
