Doesn't really matter. Neither one is proof of health or anything - just proves that your dog's parents were registered purebreds (meaning that your dog is a purebred too). And neither have restrictions on inbreeding or anything either. It's better to look at the quality of the breeder than which organization the pup is registered with.


...so, the CKC papers you got do show that your maltese is purebred, just not a health guarantee or anything.
