Cataholic, Edwina's Secretary, and K9Soul took the words out of my mouth. I don't go all out for V-Day, but I do like to buy cards for my family and friends. Cards from 'the dog' or 'the cat' are especially fun.

When I was a kid my mother would always give me a gift on Valentine's Day ....and it was always something pink or red. Sappy...I suppose....but a nice memory....and I always send a card to my parents!
My mom still does this! Every year I get a little gift that's red or pink and some candy.
