Ozzy is exactly the same. He's such a weeny sometimes. He is naturally a bit shy around new things, but NOT people or animals! He thinks he's a lap dog too. Anyone else's Collie think they're a lap doggy?
Ozzy has his cuddly moods, but they're rare. He would rather romp around with a toy in his mouth and play!
