I agree, it was just an unfortunate accident. I'm glad she was reasonable enough even during her grief to realize that.


Accidents happen to all people, even kind-hearted well-intentioned ones. Next time we see an article about a pet's death or injury we should think about the feelings of the people involved rather than assign blame. It helps no one.
