Let's see: many of the above, plus ELP, Yes, Kansas, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, CSN in various incarnations, The Grateful Dead (RIP, Jerry). (I saw all of the above in concert at least once.) I also liked Kiss because they were just SO outrageous!
