Yes. You have to get your vet to write a letter on company letterhead stating that you are a "cat rescue" .... you don't have to have a formal title or tax-free certification...just a letter from your vet. Once you get that, you submit it to Petfinder, and they will set you up an account. I've been meaning to do the same thing... just haven't done so yet. For now I am just posting the 7 day ads on Petfinder's classifieds..and of course I have my website.
