Also, they said we shouldn't put a boot on it, just a tube sock with a plastic bag over it, which is going badly, because the sock and plastic bag won't stay on. >>>>>>

LOL! I did the plastic bag and sock too. Needless to say
that did not stay on very long. hehehe
My vet originally did not want me to use anything either, because
he wanted it to breath. (I only used the boot when
Rock went outside to pee)
