I was in my backyard with Ceebers yesterday afternoon, it was about 80 degrees...I noticed he started panting, I marched myself straight to target and bought him a wading pool so he could cool down during the day...

Why is it that other dog owners can't do that?? Do they realize that is so horribly cruel to their dog??
