My cat used to do that...we went to the vets and he suggested we use a "collar" for her, like he ones some animals have after getting spayed/neutered? I worked very well, and it turned out she was allergic to the flea medicine we were givng her, shes all better now. So, try the collar? Keep those bandages on though!
