So feeling happy he went back to work and ten min. later Jen pulled in all happy telling him that she has three hundred dollars for the vet bill. He was shocked but it turns out that ......

they had made a deal with their landlord (the one they are leaving) that if they found someone to move in to the place on the firts of November then they wouldn't have to pay the last month rent (firts and last months rent agreement) and he agreed.

Well anyway a young women who is having a baby wanted a bigger house and when she walked into the house and saw the babies room she fell in love with the place and is taking over the rent starting Nov. So the landlord will give them back their check for the last months rent.
