first of all... calm down and do not get frusterated with him. Have you talked to him softly and sung to him calmly while he is in his cage? and i would suggest giving him his very favorite treats while he is on your hand... that way he wants to visit you. does he like the spray mists? make sure he does like them, otherwise dont give it to him. Are you quiet and gentle when your around him? he could get startled and hiss at you. it will take time. maybe a lot of time from the sounds of it. but whatever you do, dont give up. leave his cage open and sit near it (not to close) and dont make eye contact with him. predators stare. wait and wait... until he calms down a little. talk to him softly without looking... and maybe he will come out. you could do this every day. good luck.

I cant help but get frusterated with him, he hates me.

yes I have talked to him softly and slowly I have sung to him, whist;led to him EVERYTHING well he is in his cage. he just hisses at me..

He hates all treats I give him. he hates millet sprey and also thoughs honey treats to.

the only thing I know he likes is mist preys because he stretches out and grooms himself.

yes I am quiet and gentel when I am around him ..

If I even go near his cage he isses and bites the bars tryign to get at me.

I hasve left his cage open for days at a time and He wont come out. he only likes his cage.

befor I goto school I leave his cage open and him and Spenky stay in their cage the whole day, it is pointless.

I am soo frusterated. I dont know wha I am doing wronge, my birds are just untameable, I guess. .




Just have patience. Every animal moves at their own pace. Keep in mind all the things PCB has told you and be patient with him.
Well If you can tell me that it took you 2 years to get to kow your bird and it still isnt tame. I have been working 4 months trying to tame Spanky, hes a totaly different story, he is just phyco path bird, he flys into walsl and EVERYTHING. I am affraid he'll kill him self from brain damage if I keep on trying to tame him.

popcornbirds taticks dont work, for me anyways. I have tryed the sheet thing I have tryed EVERYTHInG... it is hopeless.
