I think I bought it at Petsmart or Petcetera (I bought it back in November so I don't remember!).

It's called a Figure 8 harness because it has two loops - one that goes around the neck and the connecting loop that goes behind the front legs. It comes in different sizes and is adjustable.

Nakita is very small (5 pounds) and there is no way she can wiggle out of this one. All the other harness/collars were too big for her, so I'm glad this one fit!
