Hello, Love-Bug in California! Happy Cat of the Day!

What a handsome gentleman you are! I like your sweet face, your long whiskers, and your orange tabby on white markings! I would be delighted to pet you; since I can't, though, I hope your people will give you tons of pets and snuggles for me.

Your person rescued you from the bushes on a busy street, and home you came! You have been together through thick and thin. Most recently you had to leave your home due to a fire, but you went back inside and your person was able to bring you back out again! Whew! Your person cherishes every moment you have together, and I can certainly see why!

Be still my heart!!! What a gorgeous, hunky and handsome Orange Tabby boy you are, sweetheart; pure purrfection on 4 paws!!! But what's this? 19 years young? You don't look half your age, Love_Bug! Must be all that love and pampering having been heaped upon you these many years that's the secret to your eternal youth! And true to your name, you're just as beautiful in heart and personality as you are in looks!

What a fateful, most frightening day that was, Oct. 2017! The fire itself, the thought of you and your human possibly losing your home, terrifying enough. But to think you escaped your carrier, running back iNTO the house only to have your human fight the flames to rescue you (for the second time) is testament to the fact that you and your human were destined to be; there for each other through thick and thin; through good times and bad, indeed! Yes, your Mom/Dad truly is a hero. But just as she/he says, you are every bit the hero; a case of mutual rescue no doubt!!!

I made the decision to go after him with only minutes before I'd have to leave him behind.and I am so happy I did. After all this happened , he was the one who saved me. I love this guy so much and cherish every minute I have with him. And he's still here at my side

How lucky your human is, having a furry soulmate in you; having known your love and devotion the past wonderful 19 years...19 years and still going strong, with so many more happy days of shared love and companionship to look forward to! You truly are one EXTRA special boy, Love-Bug, one in a million, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!!!

Thanks for the BIG smiles, sweetheart! Reading your human's heartwarming, love filled tribute, your rescue from the ashes, literally; learning of the very special bond you and she/he share; being treated to your heart-melting photos has been a joy!
